Instructions for use
· Can be mixed with water in any ratio to adjust the desired service concentration
· The required film thickness on the part surface depends on the desired degree of deformation and is adjusted via concentration
· Residues can be easily removed with hot water
· Storage : Container to be stored under dry and frost protected conditions. Temperature range 0 °C to +40 °C
· Application
– The surfaces of the blasted blank parts are coated by dip application
– Parts are coated in the coating bath at temperatures between 75 °C and 85 °C in intervals for five minutes. Afterwards, if required, the parts are dried by means of hot air in intervals
– The coating bath can be heated up to 90 °C under constant circulation.
