· Graphite / PTFE
· Organic binder

Instructions for application
· Parts must be cleaned and degreased thoroughly before coating
· Improved adhesion on the surface by degreasing, priming, plasma or corona pre treatment
· Coating must be stirred well before use
· Application by spraying, dip centrifuging or tumbling
· Curing time at room temperature : approx. 20 minutes (depending on layer thickness)
· Forced drying time at 40 °C: approx. 5 minutes
· The maximum hardness is formed 24h after application
· Recommended layer thickness : approx. 5 – 15 μm
· The product can also be applied to a hot windscreen wiper
· Recommended diluting agent : water
Shelf life
· At least 9 months from date of production when stored at ambient temperatures (approx. 20 °C) in the original sealed container
